Google buys a healthcare monitoring startup
Shwetak Patel is a Computer Science and Engineering Professor with University of Washington. The website at University of Washington states that he was also the founder of Zensi, Inc. Zensi was a demand side energy solutions provider, acquired by Belkin, Inc in 2010. Patel is also the co-founder of a low-power wireless sensor platform company called SNUPI Technologies. He also co-founded a consumer home sensing product called WallyHome.
